Machine wash collars on the delicate cycle with buckle closed and in a bag (to prevent snagging of embroidery) with color safe laundry detergent and lay flat to dry. For other items please see care instructions on the product page.

Collar Details

All of our dog collars are handmade in house with care & high quality materials. They are strong, durable, machine washable, and best of all.....totally personalized. No worries of losing a dog tag when the phone number is on the collar.

Our collars are made with heavy duty nylon, durable side release buckles, welded D-rings, and slides for adjustability. We do offer metal hardware in a variety of colors with the option of adding engraving.

Please keep in mind that the collars pictured are the 1" or 1.5" widths and the cut and pattern placement of the fabric may vary slightly, as no two cuts of fabric are exactly the same.

Shipping & Production

Please allow a minimum of 5-7 business days for your item to be made prior to shipping. We ship USPS 1st class or Priority with tracking and you will receive a shipment notification via the email provided. Once shipped, USPS 1st class mail typically arrives in 2-4 business days and Priority 2-3 days. International shipping times vary. The customer is responsible for customs fees. Please take into consideration there may be delays during the holidays. 

Returns and/or Exchanges

Due to the nature our collars being personalized and made to order, they are non refundable and cannot be exchanged. If by chance your collar isn't as you ordered it (due to an error on our part) then we will replace it ASAP at our expense. If you made a mistake on your order, please let us know and we are happy offer a discount on a replacement. If you collar was ordered too large the embroidery will likely be covered but do not fear....we are happy to shorten it for you! 

Making Changes to Orders

Please take into consideration we can rarley accomodate changes to current orders. Our production time is 5-7 business days prior to shipping. Our business hours are Monday through Thursday 8am-6pm EST.

Issues with your order? Warranty?

Unfortunately we do not have a lifespan for wear and tear, much like any accessory the longevity is going to be based on the use and with pups so many factors play into the life of the collar. We do acknowledge that our fabric collars will not likely have the lifespan of plain nylon, Biothane®, or leather collars and for that reason we recommend these for indoor dogs and they are not recommended for frequent rugged wear or swimming. We do offer nylon, Biothane®, and leather collars as an alternative for the more outdoorsy pup. Issues we do cover: sewn seam came undone naturally and internal components of buckle breakage within 6 months of receiving your order. What is not covered: rips in fabric, scratched buckles, chewed collar and buckle, worn collars and stained collars, these are all due to damaged caused that is out of our control.
